This new generation USB adaptor with QD and MS Teams support can connect to any headset with QD ( PLT or Jabra). It has a ringer that allows the user to hear the ring when there's an incoming call as long as there is a sound for the soft client the user is using.  It has mute, volume up and down, and hang up or call buttons. The mute button has a LED indicator as well as the call button.  The USB-C connector is also supported on this product.
